Quarterly Dividend Payment

Based on the results for the three (3) month period ended July 31, 2025, the Directors have approved payment of a Third Quarter Dividend of 70 cents per ordinary share.

These dividends are payable to Shareholders on the Register of Members as at September 19, 2025, payable by October 10, 2025.
